The Open European Cup is held according to the unified calendar plan of WCFF.

Dates: April 27-29, 2013.

Venue: Ukraine, Kharkiv, Kotlova str., 90/1

  1. 1. Goals and objectives.
  • Development and popularization of Ukrainian national martial arts and the sport of Kozatskyi Dvoboi in the World;
  • Promotion of a healthy lifestyle under the slogan “Children of the planet – A world without drugs”
  • Improving the skill level of athletes;
  • Development and strengthening of friendly ties between sports organizations of all countries of the World;
  1. 2. Dates and venue.

The competitions are held from April 27 to 29, 2013 in the city of Kharkiv (Ukraine), at the address: Kotlova str., 90/1, Sports Complex “Lokomotyv” named after H.N. Kyrpa.

April 27 – day of arrival, registration and weigh-in of athletes from 10:00 to 18:00 at the address: Kotlova str., 90/1.

9:00 – qualifying bouts;

April 29 – departure of teams.

  1. 3. Management of the competitions.

General management of the organization of the competitions is undertaken by the World Cossack Fight Federation (WCFF), the direct conduct of the tournament is entrusted to the main judging board and the organizing committee of the competitions.

  1. 4. Rules of the competitions and judging board.

The competitions are held in accordance with the current international rules of Kozatskyi Dvoboi (WCFF). The judging board is formed from referees recommended by participating teams. All referees must attend the seminar on April 27, and based on its results will be admitted to work in the competitions.

  1. 5. Competition program and participants.

Teams of regions, cities and clubs of CIS countries and the World are admitted to the competitions.

Competitions are held in divisions:

“Zabava” – dosed contact with stop (semi-contact analog);

“Bornya 1” – dosed contact (light contact) without stop;

“Bornya 2” – dosed contact (kick-light) without stop, low-kick and throws in the clinch are allowed;

“Herts 1” – full contact (full contact analog);

“Herts 2” – full contact, low-kick, knee strike, throws in the clinch are allowed (shoot-fighting);

“Herts 3” – full contact (MMA analog, mix-fight);

“Odnotan” – Odnotan;

“Tan dvoboi” – Tan dvoboi

  1. 6. Financing of the competitions.

All expenses related to the holding of the competitions are covered by the organizers and charity entry fees (equivalent of 20 euros per participant).

Expenses related to travel, accommodation and meals of participants, coaches, referees are borne by the sending organizations.

  1. 7. Awarding of participants.

Athletes who took I places are awarded with diplomas and medals. Athletes who took II places – with diplomas and medals, III places – with diplomas and medals.

The best athletes of the competitions will be awarded with valuable prizes.

  1. 8. Applications.

Participants of the competitions must have with them an identity document, a fighter’s passport, an insurance policy, named applications signed by the doctor of the medical and sports dispensary, certified with stamps, which are submitted to the credentials committee on the day of arrival.
