Soon, a new ambitious project «Max Mix Fight» will launch in the Ukrainian mixed martial arts (MMA) arena.
November 28, 2014 at the new Kyiv club «Respubliсa Music Hall», located on the territory of the «Expocentre of Ukraine» (VDNKh), will host a spectacular combat show «Hot Fight» under the auspices of «Max Mix Fight» featuring titled masters of mixed martial arts and an exciting show program. The show will be held in a full-size octagon. This thrilling evening of mixed martial arts will be held with the support of the Ukrainian MMA Federation, as well as the sports poker club «Imperial», EX.UA, BOXNEWS, Eskivo and many others, and will mark the launch of the new international promotion «Max Mix Fight».
Aiming to elevate the culture of organizing and consuming sporting and entertainment events in Ukraine to a qualitatively new level, the «Max Mix Fight» team opens a series of MMA tournaments, each of which will serve as both a self-contained evening of mixed martial arts – with its own bracket, intrigue, climax and unique atmosphere – and as a qualifying stage for the global championship «Max Mix Fight». The first one awaits fans of this truly masculine sport on November 28.
The upcoming tournament will feature teams from four cities – Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk. Spectators attending this evening at «Respubliсa Music Hall» will witness ten exciting bouts featuring World MMA Cup winners (WMMAF), champions and runners-up of Ukraine and Europe in freestyle fighting, freestyle wrestling, pankration, karate, kickboxing, oriental, combat sambo, jiu-jitsu, and Thai boxing.
Four athletes from each of the aforementioned teams will compete for the title of winners of the first qualifying round of «Hot Fight» and advancement to the final stage of the «Max Mix Fight» project in weight categories up to 60 kg, up to 70 kg, and up to 84 kg. They will first face off in semifinal matches, then determine the strongest in the final.
As a special treat for connoisseurs of martial arts, «Max Mix Fight» will present an intriguing and spectacular heavyweight bout (over 93 kg).
Beyond the sporting portion of the evening, a vibrant show program featuring musicians, entertainers, an unforgettable light show, and the most beautiful girls of Kyiv will keep audiences entertained.
Additionally, a charity auction will take place as part of the evening, with proceeds supporting the treatment of those wounded in the ATO zone, and a drawing for valuable prizes from our partners and friends.
Honored guests of the show will include celebrities from the worlds of sports and entertainment.
The tournament will be broadcast on TV channels «Triolan» and «Fighter».
