Sections: Zabava (point-fight), Bornya (light-contact), Herts (full-contact, shoot-fight), MMA, Odnotan (musical forms), Tan dvoboi (self-defense)

1. Goals and objectives.
• Development and popularization of the Ukrainian national martial art, the sport “Kozatskyi Dvoboi” and MMA in the world;
• Propaganda of a healthy lifestyle under the slogan “To the children of the planet — a world without drugs”
• Raising the level of mastery of athletes;
• Development and strengthening of friendly relations between sports organizations of all countries of the world;

2. Dates and venue.
The competition is held from June 20 to 24, 2013 in the city of Feodosia (Ukraine, AR Crimea)
June 20 — day of arrival, registration and weighing of athletes from 12:00 to 18:00 at: Simferopol Highway, 27.

3. Management of the competition.
The general management of the competition organization is taken over by the World Federation “Kozatskyi Dvoboi” (WCFF) and the MMA Federation of Ukraine, the direct conduct of the tournament is assigned to the main judging panel and the organizing committee of the competition.

4. Competition rules and judging panel.
The competition is held in accordance with the current international rules for “Kozatskyi Dvoboi” (WCFF) and MMA (WMMAA). The judging panel is formed from judges recommended by the participating teams. All judges are obliged to undergo a seminar on June 20 and based on its results will be admitted to work in the competition.

5. Competition program and participants.
Teams of regions, cities and clubs of CIS countries and the world are admitted to the competition.
The competition is held in sections:
“Zabava” — dosed contact with stopping (analog of semi-contact);
“Bornya-1” — dosed contact (light-contact) without stopping;
“Bornya-2” — dosed contact (kick-light) without stopping, low-kick and throws in the clinch are allowed;
“Herts-1” — full contact (analog of full-contact);
“Herts-2” — full contact, low-kick, knee strike, throws in the clinch are allowed (shoot-fighting);
MMA;
“Odnotan” — solo compositions;
“Tan dvoboi” — self-defense

6. Financing of the competition.
All expenses related to holding the competition are covered by the organizers and charitable starting fees (starting fee equivalent of 20 euros per participant).
Expenses related to sending, accommodation and meals of participants, coaches, judges are borne by the sending organizations.

7. Awarding of participants.
Athletes who took I places are awarded cups, diplomas and medals. Athletes who took II places — diplomas and medals, III places — diplomas and medals.
The best athletes of the competition will be awarded valuable prizes.
The prize fund for MMA is 40,000 hryvnias (5,000 hryvnias for first place in the weight category for men (1994-73 born))

8. Applications.
Competition participants must have with them an identity document, fighter’s passport, insurance policy, nominal applications signed by the doctor of the medical-sports dispensary, certified with seals, which are submitted to the credentials commission on the day of arrival.
