June 21-23 in Feodosia (Ukraine, AR Crimea) will host the traditional 6th International Festival of Martial Arts “World Cup Junior Fighter”.

1. Goals and objectives.
• Development and promotion of Ukrainian national martial art, the sport “Kozatskyi Dvoboy” and MMA in the world;
• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle under the motto “Peace for the world’s children – A world without drugs”
• Increase of athletes’ skill level;
• Development and strengthening of friendly relations between sports organizations of all countries in the world;
2. Schedule and venue.
Competitions will be held from June 20 to 24, 2013 in the city of Feodosia (Ukraine, AR Crimea)
June 20 – arrival day, registration and weighing of athletes from 12:00 to 18:00 at the address: Simferopol Highway, 27.

3. Competition management.
The overall management of the competition organization is undertaken by the World Federation “Kozatskyi Dvoboy” (WCFF) and the MMA Federation of Ukraine, with direct conduct of the tournament entrusted to the main referee board and the organizing committee of the competition.
4. Competition rules and referee board.
Competitions are held in accordance with the current international rules for “Kozatskyi Dvoboy” (WCFF) and MMA (WMMAA). The referee board is formed from referees recommended by participating teams. All referees must attend a seminar on June 20 and will be admitted to work in competitions based on its results.
5. Competition program and participants.
Teams from regions, cities and clubs of CIS countries and the world are admitted to the competitions.
Competitions are held in the following divisions:
“Zabava” — controlled contact with stopping (equivalent to semi-contact);
“Bornia -1” — controlled contact (light contact) without stopping;
“Bornia -2” — controlled contact (kick-light) without stopping, low kicks and clinch throws allowed;
“Herts -1” — full contact (equivalent to full contact);
“Herts -2” — full contact, low kicks, knee strikes, clinch throws allowed (shoot fighting);
MMA;
“Odnotan” — solo compositions;
“Tan dvoboy” — self-defense

6. Competition financing.
All expenses related to the conduct of the competition are covered by the organizers and charitable entry fees (entry fee equivalent to 20 euros per participant).
Expenses related to travel, accommodation and nutrition of participants, coaches and referees are borne by the sending organizations.
7. Awards for participants.
Athletes who took 1st place are awarded cups, diplomas and medals. Athletes who took 2nd place – diplomas and medals, 3rd place – diplomas and medals.
The best athletes of the competition will be awarded valuable prizes.
The prize fund for MMA is 40,000 hryvnias (5,000 hryvnias for 1st place in weight category for men (born 1994-1973))
8. Entries.
Participants in the competition must have with them an identification document, fighter’s passport, insurance policy, named entries signed by a doctor of a sports medicine clinic, certified with seals, which are submitted to the mandate commission on the day of arrival.
