From February 21 to 23, 2014, the International Forum of Mixed Martial Arts (Mix Martial Arts – MMA) will take place in Russia.
Venue: Moscow, building 40, I. Yarygin Palace of Sports (Aviamotornaya metro station)
The tournament is organized by the Mixed Martial Arts Federation (MMA) of Russia (President O.N. Taktarov – UFC Champion), the Oriental Federation of Russia (G.M. Cherkasov), the Unifight Federation of Russia (S.P. Novikov – 2-time Olympic Champion) with the support of: International organizations IOMAF, WMMAF, WKF, WCFF, WPFL.
On February 21 and 22, preliminary and semi-final MMA bouts will take place, where the strongest fighters from Russia, CIS countries, and near and far abroad will compete for selection. Opening – February 21 at 11:00 AM. In our sport (“Cossack Fight”) – this is the “Hertz-3” division, and this event is the first in the 2014 event calendar of our World Federation WCFF
The most successful fighters who reach the final will compete for the MMA Champion belt in eight weight categories (-57 kg, -61 kg, -66 kg, -71 kg, -77 kg, -84 kg, -93 kg, +93 kg) in the best bouts of the Gala-Final on Defender of the Fatherland Day, February 23, starting at 5:00 PM.
