Training program includes:
- Development of physical qualities: strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, speed;
- Acquisition of combat skills: defensive and offensive technique, striking technique with feet and hands, grappling technique;
- Psychological preparation.
Classes are conducted by Master of Sport, Honored Coach of Ukraine – Volodymyr Radionov.
